USDA Prime New York Strip

This is the best tasting steak I have had since moving south of Peter Luger's (I now live in South Beach). I did a rare sous vide at 124 degrees for about two hours and finished it off with the blowtorch (butane creme brulee burner). Tender and delicious with just salt and pepper. Meyer - if you are listening - we need a thicker, 12 oz version.

Received my steak and lean ground beef in a timely manner. Just love Laura's Lean and Meyers Meats. Already made chili with the ground beef and having the steaks this week-end. Keep up the great work.

We BBQ the steaks the other night when the kids came over for dinner from out of town. Everyone raved about how tasty the Steaks were . I served Filet and New York. Both had a amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. I am pleasedto say I will order them again.
